Boat Dock Lottery OPEN!

The Voting Board has determined that holding a Lottery is the only fair and equitable process for the allocation of dock spaces. The docks included in the Lottery are those with numbered spaces located at Club Park, Comet Row, Beach 3, Beach 4 and the Freeway at Black Bear Path. All other Freeway docks and boat racks will remain on a first come, first served basis and are not included in the Lottery.

Pontoon boat applications must include a copy of a valid state registration form in compliance with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission’s requirement for mechanically propelled boats. Members failing to provide a copy of a current state registration form will not be granted a space on any of the Club’s docks. The Board does not allow Pontoon boats at any of the Freeway docks without numbered spaces.

Members must complete a separate application for each boat they wish to maintain at any of these docks. Members can download a fillable version of the application from the Member’s Portal and submit the completed form either by mail or email to the Club Office.  [email protected]

Applications must be completed and returned to the Club Office not later than March 15, 2025.

The Lottery will be held shortly thereafter, and members will be notified of their assigned space by phone or email.
