Lake Appreciation Day

July is Lakes Appreciation Month and to commemorate this occasion, the Ecology Committee will be hosting its’ very first HLCC Lake Appreciation Day on July 9!  Join us for a day dedicated to celebrating our beautiful lake environment and learning how we can show our appreciation every day, with a special focus on best practices in the home, in the yard, and in the community.

Bring the whole family along for a day jam-packed with fun, entertainment, and interactive demonstrations!  Some of the exciting highlights include a complimentary lunch  (free food, anyone?), an appearance by the NJ Snake Man  (@nj_snakeman), a kayak tour  that’s almost as exciting as a roller coaster, Windsurfer Clinics, a Fishing Derby  (no guarantee on fish size) educational demos, and so much more!
