rental registration
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Owner/Member and Tenant/Associate Member are responsible for understanding the HLCC Residential Rentals Policy and Club Rules and Regulations.
Owners (or their designated agent) must register each change in tenancy with the HLCC office.
Registration forms must be received at the Club Office no later than 48 hours before starting a tenancy.
Complete all sections below and send the completed form to the address above or email the completed form to rentals@hlcc.org.

The Club Office is open for members Monday – Friday 10 AM – 3 PM, Saturdays 10 AM – 1 PM.
We encourage members to conduct business as much as possible over the phone or through EMAIL, but if there is a need to come to the office we're available at the above times.
Reminder: The Club Office does NOT accept cash payments for dues.
