Voting Board Meeting

The voting board meets at the workshop to discuss upcoming agenda items. Voting board workshops are on the Wednesdays before the Friday Voting Board meetings.
Members are welcome to attend but are not allowed to speak at the meeting. They can observe the meeting.
Members will be allowed to speak and address any items on the agenda at the beginning of the board meetings at the Friday Voting Board Meetings but have to wait to address personal questions at the end of the meeting.
