Your Voice Matters: HLCC Community Survey Coming Soon!
The Board is launching a community-wide survey to better understand what matters most to you.
Your feedback will directly influence decisions that affect every part of life at Highland Lakes – our lakes, beaches, events, amenities, infrastructure, and more.
Why is this survey important?
Because it’s not based on assumptions. It’s based on what you tell us. This is the most comprehensive way for members to share what’s working, what’s not, and what needs attention. When hundreds of voices are gathered and analyzed by an experienced third-party firm, patterns emerge – real data that helps the Board:
- Prioritize community investments
- Improve facilities and services
- Make informed decisions with full awareness of member needs and concerns
- Plan future improvements that reflect actual usage and interest
Whether you’ve been here 50 years or just one, this is your opportunity to shape the future of Highland Lakes with honest, confidential input.
What You Need to Know:
- Confidential & Anonymous: The survey is being conducted by a trusted third-party firm called Eureka Facts. No one at HLCC will see individual responses.
- Neutral & Independent: This process is fully external to ensure objectivity and protect your privacy.
- Your Input = Real Impact: This is your chance to share experiences, raise concerns, and highlight your priorities – without filters.
- Delivery: Watch your mailbox. Each household will receive a postcard with a unique link to the survey and instructions. If we have your email on file, you’ll receive reminders and updates.
- Results: The results will help guide the HLCC Board and management on key priorities and future planning based on member feedback – not assumptions.
- What if I don’t receive the survey: If you don’t receive the postcard within two weeks from when we announce delivery, instructions will be posted on our website and shared via social media so you can request a new access link.
Your input is essential to shaping the future of our community.
Speak freely, share honestly, and make your voice count.
Let’s build a better Highland Lakes, together.
