Senior Discount

Applications for the Senior Discount are available on the portal. Documents > Forms

Printed forms will also be available at the Club Office.

Members may qualify for the Senior Citizen or Permanently Disabled Discount Program for 2026 if all requirements are met.

One owner must be 65+ or permanently disabled (SSA determination required for disability; first-time senior applicants must provide proof of age).

All dues and assessments from the previous five years must have been paid in full by September 30 of each year.

Only one home may be owned.

Total household income from all sources must not exceed $54,943 (single) or $62,390 (married), matching NJ PAAD limits.

Proof is required: an unexpired 2026 PAAD card, or federal tax returns and income documentation for 2024 or 2025.

Approved applicants may deduct $360 from 2026 Cabin Dues or $228 from 2026 Lot Dues.

Applications are required every year and must be received by May 31, 2026.
