2026 Boat Dock Lottery Now OPEN!

The Boat Dock Lottery for 2026 is now open.

The Lottery includes numbered spaces at Club Park, Comet Row, Beach 3, Beach 4, and the Freeway at Black Bear Path. All other Freeway docks and boat racks will remain first come, first served and are not part of the Lottery.

If you’re applying for a pontoon boat space, you must include a copy of your current state registration in line with NJ MVC requirements for mechanically propelled boats. Applications without valid registration will not be considered. Pontoon boats are not permitted at any Freeway docks without numbered spaces.

A separate application is required for each boat.

Fillable applications are available in the Members’ Portal and can be returned by mail or email to the Club Office at info@hlcc.org. Printed applications can be picked up from the Club Office as well.

Applications must be received by March 15.

The Lottery will take place shortly after the deadline, and members will be notified of their assigned space when they pick up their badges from the Club Office.
