Lake Management with Skylar Reed-McMillon

The Board is pleased to announce the selection of Skylar Reed-McMillon, Principal Engineer and Consultant of RM Integrated Solutions, LLC, to lead a new, multi-disciplinary approach to lake management across the community’s five lakes.

At the January Voting Board Workshop, Skylar presented an overview of current lake conditions, the science behind ongoing water quality challenges, and a proactive, data-driven strategy for improving long-term lake health. Skylar will collaborate with the Board to integrate science, operations, and community engagement into a unified lake management approach.
